Fun to play with food

This is an easy to use and fairly durable mold. I've never made a bento box out of it. I've used it to shape all the other types of rice I eat...Spanish yellow rice, white rice for Cajun red beans, white rice for Creole Creoles. I'm happy to report that the oil and olive oil wash off easily.
