The size chart was really helpful and pretty accurate. The neck is a little big and the hat is a little big too, but by wrapping the straps and velcro we managed. The photos were definitely worth the price we paid. Remy wasn't thrilled to wear it, but he wasn't crazy either. He let it sit for 20 minutes which is fine with me. The quality is pretty good considering the lower price. Some random threads, but there's nothing structurally wrong with that. I didn't quite understand what type of caps were included so I declined. Overall we are pleasantly surprised and very happy with the overall quality! For reference, we bought a medium 19-pound kawapoodle. It has an 11 inch neck, 17 inch neck to tail and 18 inch chest measurement. Small would be too small.
