The pad is comfortable and heats up well and I like the magnetic power connection for its security. Delivery was quick and the price was very reasonable. The problem I found with this product is the short lifespan. The power cord seems fragile and stops working after 3-6 months. I bought my first pillow and after about 4 or 5 months it stopped heating up. I figured I was sloppy with the flexible cord so I bought a second pillow. It broke down after about the same amount of use, but I paid attention to the cord and handled it carefully. I made sure the original pad would still work with the new cable. It seems to be a design or material issue. I would rate it much higher were it not for the short lifespan of this product due to the material or construction of the power cord.
