This seems like a pretty good corset belt for what it is. I ordered the large and it fits well. It starts below/in between my breasts and ends just below my bellybutton. It seems like it might be a little difficult to fasten the velcro in the back, but I'm not very coordinated. I have only tried it on, but not worn it for any length of time. I'm not sure yet if I'll need it for my costume. I'm 5'3" and 155lbs, 35D-33-43.
