I really like this pillow it's super soft and comfortable for the baby. I just want my little worm to stay on it at night but since it moves so much while sleeping we can only use it during the day (nothing to do with the pillow itself), the pillow is very good and soft. It's the perfect size and I love that it comes with two pillowcases in case of an accident. We use a pillow in his inflatable seat, swing set, playmat, changing station, just about anywhere he will be lying on his back for any length of time. I'm not sure if this works or not, but at least it puts my mind at ease. It is definitely worth the price and looks very high quality. I have no complaints about that. I always try to leave an honest review when purchasing an item because I rely heavily on reviews when buying things online. I hope my review helps you make a decision.
