Update 6/13/19: I'm about to change my rating from 2 to 4 stars. The company replied to me and after a few emails updated the description of this bag to PU leather. So. Not authentic, as already mentioned. This is actually a very cute bag and is soft for any type of material. The shoulder straps are not very suitable as a backpack. I decided to take it off and put a Rebecca Minkoff leather guitar strap on it, making it a crossbody bag. While this bag is cute and I love the interior pockets, I'm not 100% sure if it's real leather as stated in the description. I tried to contact the seller and got an unfinished answer. I will change my rating when I get the answer I hope to hear.
