I am 5'6" and 180lbs. I ordered a large. I didn't have any trouble putting it on, but the waist only went up halfway on my stomach and the capri legs were right below my knees, which is a little annoying, but tolerable when you get used to it. This product would be better suited for a shorter, short waisted person. The waist immediately started to curl downward. I do like the feel of it so I'm going to add a waistband around the top from an old girdle I have. Hopefully that will give me the extra stomach cover I want. I also like the support it gives.
