A very small amount - everything you need for a good cleansing with a gentle peeling. At first I didn't like it, but then I found I was using too much, so a small stroke is enough. I was expecting more in the tingle department as it just didn't live up to the hype and expectations, but overall it does its job well. Would I buy it again? Probably not, but at the same time I can't complain about it. If you want a real tingle, try their Nutt Butter Extreme. Now this product, I will buy again! Just don't put it on your face.
