The ease of use for setting up new sites or transferring existing ones to different domains/hosts (even if they are in other registrars).
Their support staff can be very slow at responding to tickets but I think this has improved over time with their newer employees who seem more responsive than some older guys we dealt with previously! They do not have any sort of monitoring system set-up by default so you need to purchase additional services from them which adds cost. We used it mainly just as an easy way to transfer our customers' websites without having to move all resources across accounts - usually only needed one account per website anyway.
