Either damaged or not compatible

Either damaged or not compatible with LG V20. I checked LG recognized it with a 128GB Sand Disk card, so this product must be faulty/incompatible. I have ordered a replacement for the Sand Disk 256bg. If that doesn't work I'll revise this review as then the phone won't accept a larger memory card.
