Review on 🐝 Bumpboxx Retro Pager Beeper: The Ultimate Outdoor Portable Bluetooth Speaker by Jason Tinnen

Very sensitive buttons with odd placement

The buttons here are too sensitive, they work in my pocket or change modes at the slightest touch and the voice is so annoying when you change modes. If there was a way to disable voice notification that would be great. Other than that it works as well as you would expect, just crazy how the radio works in such a small wireless device. The sound quality could be better, but decent for such a small device. I like the retro style, but the quality of the buttons and their placement on the device means they get mis-pressed too many times. You can't stretch the back clip without pressing the button and that annoys me, if the buttons were deeper or in a different position or more rubberized material it could be easier. For the price, it's a little more than I would say worth. I've had the best experiences with Oontz angles and ue Ultra Boom in terms of sound and usability, but obviously this fits nicely in a buttoned breast pocket or strapped to your hip nicely, too bad to put your belt on and off, it can require too much pressure on the buttons.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Nothing
