I decided to give it a try as our kids were really starting to hit our seats which they also outgrew. What I liked about this seat is that it sits a little lower compared to other booster seats we've had that had a higher base to hide the removable tray. Our kids were figuring out how to unclip the tray and it became too difficult to feed them. . I love that this booster is simple and easy to clean as there are fewer surfaces to wipe off or collect crumbs. Our previous seats had a hump in the middle for leg separation and maybe stability for real little kids - so I'm glad that's gone. All straps are fairly easy to adjust. I like that the ones that attach the booster to the chair don't get stuck like our last booster. Our kids were sometimes able to tug enough on the strap to detach it from the booster and with this style they can't do that. On the other hand, the straps are easy to adjust for their buckle, but there's no function to tie or hold an extra strap once it's tightened. Not a big deal as the kids don't care, but I think it looks a bit awkward. The release button on the strap may require some practice for those with dexterity issues. This isn't a problem for me, but since most straps and buckles I've used have 2 different clip points for the thumb and pointer, it's a flatter, wider button and you have to press it firmly in the middle to fasten both straps solve . For me, it's an easy one-handed operation, but if I didn't squeeze it evenly, I saw that it didn't release both sides of the straps you attach. It's easy to clean as you don't have to wipe the bumps down and there are no cutouts for crumbs to fall through or food to slip through (in my experience of a few weeks). One annoyance with the design I have is that the base has a raised flat edge around it and collects those crumbs. I really wish they had that drop right off the bat without the ridge around the base. But given the affordable price and the fact that I have twins, I decided to buy a second one within the first few days of using our first one. I would recommend it as easy to use, install, transport and clean - for the price. If you need something with a tray or have a very large stylish chair or a tiny chair, you may need to look around if it doesn't easily attach to your chairs.
