Review on Everlasting Glow 42997 Pillar Christmas by Lacey Tschosik

Only 3 stars because one of the two I bought is defective. The bottom plate is crooked and looks like it was either made that way or damaged prior to shipping. Because it's fake, it's REALLY hard to open and close. The battery cover pops open when it shouldn't, which is frustrating. Quality control was lacking here. I will not send it back because it took almost two weeks and I want to continue. In case of problems nobody can be contacted. It looks like there are options to keep it or send it back, which is a BAD SYSTEM because it's the customer's responsibility to fix the slack due to poor quality control. Yes, free returns. I still have to pack something that turned out to be CLEARLY defective and then wait 2 MORE weeks for a replacement. No thank you.
