Product arrived as described however one of the trays is broken and falling out of the stand. I can probably come back for a replacement, but who wants to go through the hassle of repackaging, shipping, waiting for a new one, etc.? I just want/need a relaxing bath at the end of my very busy day. I bought a Destress tray! Do not stress yourself.
