It must be a joke. little joke
sorry for the first negative review, usually they never do. But this pillow is so small! It's like I'm sleeping with nothing. Today was my second night and I woke up with back pain. Looks ok in the picture but make sure the plastic bottle is true to size. The cooling gel does not feel cold at all. I am extremely disappointed.
