The monitor is fantastic; The screen is clear and immersive. In the settings, the frequency of 59 Hz is locked, which is the only downside. I had to do some research, go to the desktop and right click on the Nvidia control panel and then change the resolution. Click Customize and create a custom resolution. Just adjust the resolution and refresh rate until you get 75Hz. I took a picture of the settings. I hope this helps you achieve the advertised 75Hz refresh rate. Overall a great monitor. At first I was apprehensive about buying this because it had few reviews but when it arrived I was very happy with the buyer. If you want to buy this monitor, don't hesitate, especially if you are looking for a 24 inch 2k QHD monitor. I bought it on sale for only $165.
