I ordered size 13M for my daughter it cost 31 EUR and they sent me size 29 the wrong size because this shoe is listed as 13M in the supplement is and they use European sizing and sent me a size 29. The shoes are well made and with great breathable insoles but they won't fit until they fix this bug.
