That thing is so dated! You can chop tomatoes faster with a knife and chopping board... or Hi... Blender or Food Processor. I thought it would be cool and efficient, but it's slow and cumbersome. If you have about 2 hours to make a jar of sauce with this, do it. I will prepare about 4-6 glasses for you. skip it Nice idea, but ineffective.
