The design is nice and it stays where I put it but most importantly why can't the manufacturer fix it so that the pins stay in each part of the band like Fitbit does in their groups. It took 2 hours for the pins to stay in place when fitted to the Inspire 2. I was about to get my order back. Now I'm afraid to switch to another one as it took so long. I understand this is a design flaw with Fitbit, but at least the contacts in their wristbands are retained when you add or remove them from the device.
