Not bad, but far from perfect. It meets my expectations adequately, so I'm fine. The item arrived well packaged and on time, that's good. The assembly process was not very good. The manual isn't well written and the pictures aren't intuitive, but it's not advanced math so you can figure it all out in the end. Having your own tools can help, but you can definitely work with the tools they send, even if they're not as efficient. The arms are stiff so I suppose it's good to keep them nice and still, but the downside is that it's difficult to adjust things with the ease you see in videos where they rotate and tilt and pull and push back and forth. easy. not much with it. You have to move your desk away from the wall and fight this thing and it's just really awkward. I have 22" monitors from c. 2016 so maybe they are too heavy? I do not know. But they tilt a little and you can straighten them and they stay that way for a few days but little by little they tilt again and you have to do the whole readjustment again. The bolt is as tight as it can be without breaking anything (and I'm not a pushover so I'm sure it's as reliable as it gets). So as long as you mount it at the optimal height (for people of average height, I recommend as high as possible on the mounting stand) and don't fiddle with it, you'll be happy with the result. table, and this mount helped complete that mission. I wouldn't recommend this for multiple users with different monitor position needs as I can see it becoming a royal pain. But I recommend it if your needs are as simple as mine and you don't need to keep changing monitor positions. The price is very reasonable compared to other similar products.
