Works well for a home studio, may use more power if using a softbox but overall my videos look great with a standard reflector, ability to adjust color balance works for me better because I can adjust and use the ambient light when needed, not many lamps at this price point can do this, flat screens were too harsh for me and I don't need effects. I recommend buying a C-pillar with a mount as you need to get the light close to the subject, especially when the softbox is attached. Best photographed with an umbrella or softbox, outside light really shows the reflection of the LED rows in the shadows, which is most noticeable in product photos, adjusting the color balance in the center reduces the effect, but that's a feature of this product, little opaque ones help Filter, if you want to get a clean shadow, use a flash.
