It's easy for our customer support department as well as management staff members because it allows us access from any location whether at home/work while being able to also have instant file transfers via SFTP! Customer care has been very responsive in helping whenever we need an issue resolved quickly.

I wish there was more customization available but they do offer some free plans that are great if those features aren't needed right now. We're solving issues such as remote work accessibility which helps employees who might be out sick or just not near their desk all day long.
