I LOVE this rug and my daughter does too! I've been looking for a play mat for a long time. I kept coming back to it but it was too expensive and I wasn't sure if it was worth it. I decided to just do it and I'm so happy I did! My daughter LOVES looking at hanging toys and using the included mirror. I put her on my pillow every day and she looks at the colors on the carpet and the toys around her. We've had him for almost a month now and she's not tired of him yet. I know it's more expensive but I looked at it like a toy product. This is a mat for abdominal training, arm and leg coordination. A playmat for all stages and later a ball pool! So I looked at it as a savings because I'm buying one product instead of a pair, which saves space. It's hard to say what your baby will like, but we love it!
