Wish they weren't so bulky, if they absorbed more it would at least make sense. They are significantly larger than the pads my overweight grandma uses. We had a long car ride (45 minutes lol) and we had a significant leak. I should have known because last night the pad leaked everywhere in the middle of the night, my baby woke up covered in pee. I wish they were better designed - the idea of a replacement pad in what looks like underwear was brilliant, but the execution sucks. I try to use them for very short car trips and the like, but every time I'm reminded of the wasted money.
