The ease of use and the fact that it is so user friendly. I have used other mapping software in the past but this one is by far the best. It is perfect for our needs as we are a small business with limited resources. I wish there was an option to download the data to our own server rather than relying on their servers. Sometimes there can be issues with the data being pulled from their servers. We have been able to solve these problems by contacting support directly. This software has allowed us to create custom reports without having to hire a full time employee or pay for expensive software.
