Husband has not been to the hairdresser since the pandemic began. His hair has grown back, but not long enough for a ponytail. However, he kept complaining about his messy hair, so I bought him this comb. This is a collapsible wooden comb that works like a jackknife. So it's pretty compact; it can fit in your pocket. Much more practical for on the go than a thick brush. She is well done. It's made of wood, so it's a little thicker than a plastic comb, but the spikes are still as thin as plastic in the direction you run the comb through your hair, so it works well. The blade is less than ¼ inch thick and the scabbard it folds into is about ½ inch thick. Seems to be decent quality with a nicely dressed stem. The look of the packaging, along with a beautiful comb made from natural materials, makes it a great affordable gift.
