Not a perfect product, but was still fun for 11 year old to assemble.
My 11 year old put this together with her dad. She enjoyed completing the project (it took under an hour) but was disappointed that her robot didn't manuever well even across the wood floor. For the price of the kit, I think it was still worthwhile for the fun she had putting it together and seeing how it worked. They are still trying to figure out why it won't go across the floor, as the wheels spin when it is raised above the floor. Possibly the motor is just not strong enough?
