Ordered these as a gift. The ornament itself is very nice and good quality, and it arrived very promptly. However, I was a little disappointed with the quality of the personalization. The lettering looks like very thin Sharpie marker & it's slightly translucent. Maybe if they went over the lettering 1 or 2 more times so the black letters are less translucent to the white background. I feel like this slightly cheapens what is a very nice ornament. I'm sure hanging on a tree or from far away you won't notice. It's OK but would not order again.
