Smells good and the price is right.
The only issue I see is durability. It smells nice at first, but after 10 minutes the smell starts to go away. I use it straight out of the can. Dilution only makes the problem worse. I've tried it in wash and mop water and found it to be less than effective. Good price and you get a good amount.
