I like that it is easy to use, has many different options for you as an owner/operator. It's also very user friendly! There are some things about this software which could be improved upon but they have been working hard at making changes so there will likely be improvements soon. The biggest benefit we get from using super likers is our customer retention rate. We can easily see who likes us or not by looking at their profile page and seeing how much activity they do compared with other users. This gives us valuable information when deciding whether to keep them happy or let them go if needed.
