Started using right out of the box. Couldn't wait for his arrival. I've read a lot of good things about these carriers, but you really need to try and use them. The next day after application I could see a difference. It is very easy to assemble. Helps you relax after a hard day's work. I have a sedentary job 50% of the time, not very ergonomic. This is my backpack after work. Helps to relax and calm down before bed. You really have to try to believe.
