Review on Kenneth Cole Reaction Business Backpack Laptop Accessories for Bags, Cases & Sleeves by Kayla Schmidt

I often travel for work and needed something more reliable and practical than a bag to take my laptop with me. I've been looking for months for a laptop backpack that's polished, professional, and feminine... and not made out of heavy leather. Very high order. I reluctantly searched for the best price on the Tumi Carson that I saw from a colleague who was having similar trouble finding the right backpack for work. Luckily I stumbled across this Sophie bag from Kenneth Cole Reaction at Revain Tumi. It turned out to be very similar in style and size to Toumi Carson, so I took a chance and placed an order. What a great bag! When I saw the Tumi live I couldn't justify its $400 price tag when this Kenneth Cole is just as functional and a lot cheaper. Granted, it's missing some of the $400 bag's frills (the Tumi nylon is a little premium and the back straps are nicer and don't have dangling ends)... but that's no deal breaker. I carry Dooney and Bourke bags. exclusive - that's why I have a certain "demand" when it comes to bags, bags and briefcases. For the price, this Sophie bag is a great buy and more importantly, it's smart enough to wear with my business suit. It slides easily over the bulky handle of my Travelpro Platinum carry-on, the padded compartment fits my laptop, cables, wallet, phone, cosmetic bag and iPad with plenty of room. The only improvement needed: the side pockets only have one zipper, so when I put my 240z hydroflask bottle in, I don't get a secure fit. If these pockets had two zippers, I could pull them up on either side of the bottle to get them to secure in place. However, despite these minor inconveniences, this backpack gets 5 stars from me: professional, lightweight, organized, stylish and functional. Now I have both black and blue...which, by the way, is a richer shade of blue than in the photos.
