delivery was fast. Lots of negative reviews and I was very worried. I put a lot of stuff in it like glitter, 2 chargers, phones etc. And it was quite heavy. The chains are not broken. I put them on and had no problems as others have said. My opinion is that maybe I got lucky and/or the quality control isn't up to par. However, I didn't buy it for everyday use. I bought it as an accessory to certain outfits. The material isn't the best, but it's not bad either. Don't buy it if you're expecting Chanel.
