The ability to send messages directly without having your phone number tied up is great! I wish there was an option for more than 3 lines of text but that's not really my issue at this point - if they can't handle 5-10 characters per line then maybe their service isn’t as good or necessary? If anyone has used any form texting before please let me know what features are most important/useful so we don‘e waste time looking into things people won”™ t be using anyway (like calling).

It makes communicating much easier when all parties involved have different phones numbers associated.
