From what I read when I ordered this pair it looked like a good purchase. Mugs will of course hold the drink (iced coffee) and keep it cold, but drinking is another matter. The cups are a bit slippery to grip.2. The liquid does not come out well due to the lack of return airflow.3. You cannot completely drain the liquid until you remove the cap. In addition, the lids cannot be cleaned if liquid (iced coffee) penetrates the sliding seal. Such a simple mug that the manufacturer screwed up with no visible testing!
