Great shirt but light purple is NOT for a boy. The boy version has a pocket. It was a great price so this summer I bought almost all of the lake colors for my son. Got them and a few were clearly girls. Short sleeves, back line, narrow waist. All in all, these shirts are fantastic. The absence of a star is because he is NOT gender neutral and is listed as a boy!
