It has three or four rings that need to be screwed to the body behind the headlight and on top of the LED headlight with tiny screws. Almost none of these fit very well and I found it extremely difficult to spend hours installing this fixture which was supposed to take 20 minutes. I highly recommend that an engineer can reverse engineer the way these LED lights fit into these buckets. Once installed they need to be fitted in minutes, they really look great. The fork clamps are terrible but I attach them with longer bolts and compress them and then use the shorter bolts that come with the kit. So yeah, I had to go to the store and buy additional hardware to get the fork clamps to work. It tucks a 7-inch LED light into the case, which fits terribly. So if you don't mind struggling for hours to save hundreds of dollars over the more expensive one, then go for it.
