Review on Sony - C400 Wireless Behind-Neck In Ear Headphone White (WIC400/W) by Tawan Piyawan ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The average product, you can find a better one.

When I chat on the phone, the headphones' low sound quality makes me very angry. It's very disappointing because using these headphones for communication is very uncomfortable. The issue may be that the headphones have bluetooth 4.2 while the phone has 5.0. I have anything to compare the sound quality against at the same time.

Pros
  • Quickly need to swap out the current XIAOMI bluetooth headphones. Advantages: 1. A MASSIVE battery. The battery lasts for three to four days despite the fact that I routinely watch movies and listen to audiobooks. 2. A comfortable design and headphones with controls
Cons
  • 1. SOUND - This is a very odd occurrence; while the sound in audio books and movies is of acceptable quality, the sound quality during calls (I have a Samsung S9+) is atrocious. Simply put, half of the words are unintelligible. XIAOMI bluetooth headphones provide excellent sound quality when conversing at the same time (but their battery is very weak - enough for half a day of work). 2. The bluetooth occasionally (once every one to two days) falls off the phone. 3. Earplugs don't offer adequate sound isolation. 4. The battery has three charging positions: 100%, 70%, and 20%. This is poor information. With my phone, other charge levels simply aren't visible. Conveniently, it reports that the battery is low and turns off right away when the battery is totally exhausted, which is disruptive during a conversation. For comparison, the XIAOMY begins to indicate low battery at 10% charge, which is sufficient for 20 minutes of speaking time.
