Review on Turtle Beach XC1 Gaming Headset - Xbox 360 (Discontinued by Manufacturer) by Souly Buddy

I have had the TB XC1 headset for about 3 months now. I've been waiting to write a review to see how well the product holds up and works after a few uses. I remember ordering it and receiving it within a few days, so shipping was fast and reliable, as well as good packaging. Those who have used higher numbered Turtle Beach headsets (e.g. x31) will find this a downgrade. This is just the basic microphone and headset that comes with the console; However, I prefer this option 50 times more than the standard option that comes free with the console. (Note: TV/game audio does not come through a speaker on XC1, only speech). It fits and feels much more comfortable in the ear, and the mic cable is made of flexible metal so you can position it however you like. The only thing I want is a pillow to rest on my head. It can start to hurt after a few hours of play. They should be made of cloth material, not leather vinyl. Overall, at about $5 more, I think this product is a lot more satisfying than buying a standard $19.98 headset from Microsoft.
