I like that they are very organized with everything we have been working through during this pandemic lockdown situation! They do not take any fees out of your account which means you can trust them completely as there's no risk involved at all for us or our business model since it only takes 5% commission per transaction (which makes sense considering how much work goes into managing one client.) If ever something does go wrong - well...it happens but if anything gets fixed quickly then so be IT!! Nothing too serious though just some minor issues here &there where things were slow sometimes due delays caused by human error / time zones etc..but nothing major really except when my credit card was charged twice after an issue occurred causing me confusion over who had access/was authorized?
