Comfy and easy to wear over layers (running in winter weather over here) and I would imagine the same ease of wear would stand over warm running or walking clothes as well. Velcro does not disappoint! Stays put. The waist or belt band clicks together so that’s awesome too. The gray reflective part seems to be changing shades a bit as I have run a few times but I don’t think that affects the reflection. Thank you for keeping me safe in the dark!
