One of the zippers got stuck in the corner of the hole on the second use. That means my laptop is in my pocket! I thought I would have to cut open my bag to get my laptop out! Finally, after fumbling with the zipper for about 10 minutes, I opened it just enough to get my laptop out! Looks cheap overall but for the price I might not notice the zipper was closed. Another issue is that there doesn't seem to be anything to protect the back of the zip from scratching the laptop during zip/unzip which can scratch the laptop if you are not very careful. There were high hopes but I am returning this case.
