It is nicely packaged, although the label seems like a small company. I don't think that's a bad thing - it can give the impression of completely natural ingredients. I bought it because I'm looking for a product to clean my face with - it doesn't leave marks on my face and doesn't dry it out. My skin is very sensitive and often gets red after washing and I was hoping this product would be gentle. I also liked that it can treat both dry and oily skin as my skin fluctuates. It's less likely to upset my sensitive skin. Like I said, most facial cleansers turn my skin red and once they dry out, my skin feels dry and tight. I don't like that feeling and I think the unnatural chemicals that companies put in their products could make the situation worse. I've been using it for about a week, although it takes a little longer for the soap to wash off completely. , my face does not feel tight or dry when I finish washing and wipe it dry. Overall a good face wash.
