When I first started using this, a friend of mine mentioned that the sound quality was reduced compared to my other Bluetooth device. Then I decided to open the Plantronics app and look at the settings. One of them is HD audio, which is disabled by default to save battery. I turned it on and it makes a big difference, he said it's a completely different device. This setting also helps to make the sound in the speaker clearer. If any of you have this device, I highly recommend doing this setup. Once you change this setting, it will be locked on device and applied to all your devices. I'm not sure what impact this will have on battery life, but even if it goes from 5 to 3 hours I think it's worth it.
