Brother HL-L3290CDW. My first set worked great so I ordered a second backup set when the first set became obsolete. Then Brother must have updated something in the software. So two sets that didn't work had to go back to the $260 Brother set. Thanks guys just bought my printer twice. A YouTube video from the UK shows cartridges being remanufactured. Try next. I've really liked the printer so far, but I won't be buying a Brother machine again. I know ink/toner is expensive and I don't mind paying what it costs for quality BUT. It would be great if it actually ran out when the printer stopped letting you print. The same companies want to preach to us about protecting the environment. How much garbage are they creating with these games?! But that's fine, they just buy the carbon credits and make the rest pay big bucks.
