I received this chair in August 2021 after trying many chairs that did not suit me, especially as I have been having problems with my neck and shoulders since March 2020. I was working from home for 8 hours straight and sometimes longer and tried 3 other different chairs and some of these only made my pain worse. I've finally worked with a chiropractor, changed my chair, changed my office environment, and I can finally say I'm pain free. Made this chair? No, but I can finally work 8 hours without back or butt problems. Good memory foam padding and good lumbar support are very good for me.
