I purchased this toner for use with an HP color laser inkjet printer. The price is definitely right compared to the HP toner! Unfortunately, this ink didn't work very well in my opinion - the black cartridge started having vertical streaks all over the page, although its capacity was still at 2/3. (My printer was able to read the status of the cartridges, which was nice.) While I think the issue above was just bad luck with a faulty device, I was more concerned that the ink wasn't "fast" " was the cartridge. Paper - easy to erase if you try to erase the pencil around the printed text. For the above reasons I gave it 3 stars and probably won't buy it again. With all of this, I should also point out that I have never had better customer service than this company. When I ran into problems there was no longer a return period as I bought this ink before my original toner kits ran out so I checked their email and texted them one evening just to see if I would get an answer. - I have, in about 5 minutes! I had a great email exchange with a company rep that evening and they sent me a full replacement kit (all colors, not just a replacement for the defective black toner). So 5 stars + for customer service. . . If the toner itself was more useful - the price is great! Since they need to hold up better on paper, I took out a loan to purchase genuine HP inks for future use.
