Good for jogging. smaller size

Works well when running. Phone stays secure and you can easily rotate your phone while wearing an armband. A few problems. The size may not be suitable for everyone. Runs less and won't work if your biceps are larger than 12.2 inches. 2. No user manual or instructions. You can secure the handle by rotating the handle. To remove it you need to pull out the handle.
