The inner sole of the sneaker is incredibly thick! Then add extra thickness to the insert. it's just too much. I cut the insert to an even 4mm as I wear 0 drop shoes. It helped a lot! Shoes run small. I usually wear a 10.5 which is 11 and they are still a bit small. Help cut the liner again as my foot didn't slide all the way forward on the 8mm drop! Cork insert is good. Enjoy, the soles still need some work as they wear out incredibly fast! In general I like them. There's always room for improvement, but if you're looking for lightweight, relaxed loafers with character for a beach bum, get a pair of these!
