This is the second product I have bought. The first one broke after two uses. There was a crack in the bottom of the glass under the rubber, small enough not to be seen but big enough to cause huge leaks. I bought a second one thinking maybe I hit it in the wash or it was my fault but here I am again with ANOTHER BROKEN CUP. It cracked again underneath the rubber band, leaving a sharp hole in the glass and a leaking cup. Obviously I won't be trying a third time and I wouldn't recommend anyone to even buy them. I don't use a dishwasher, I wash the dishes by hand. I only used these mugs 1-2 times before they broke. They were ok on delivery, so it's not the delivery. The quality of the cups is seriously lame. What a waste of money.
